John R. Dowd, Jr., Esquire, is a shareholder of Dowd Law Firm, P.A. and the President of Dowd Title Group, LLC. Mr. Dowd’s law practice spans over a 13-year period and his experience as a licensed Title Insurance Agent spans over an 8-year period.

John is a local attorney and lifelong resident of the area.  John is extremely motivated and highly capable of making sure your transactions close without incident.  John's comprehensive knowledge of real estate and business concerns enable him to be a valuable asset to you.  John comes from a long line of attorneys.  His father, John R. Dowd, Sr. has been the Okaloosa county attorney for approximately 30 years and John's grandfather, Ernest Wimberly had his practice in Fort Walton Beach from the 1950's through the 1970's.
